> Aurora Meter is usage metering, plan entitlements and Stripe billing for Phoenix and Elixir: a free MIT core that counts on an ETS hot path, persists to Postgres with cluster-wide totals and gates features by plan, and Aurora Meter Pro, the commercial layer that syncs subscriptions with Stripe, reports metered usage to Stripe Billing Meters and ships hosted dashboards.

Aurora Meter Pro is the commercial tier of Aurora Meter: Stripe Checkout and webhook sync, metered-usage reporting to Stripe Billing Meters, subscription-aligned billing periods, historical rollups with CSV export, hosted real-time dashboards, quota alerts and reconciliation. Every plan includes every feature; plans differ only in how many applications they license.
